CBT for Teenage Challenges

Our team is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments that actually work. That means we don’t just talk about feelings — we teach you how to manage them. 

Emotion Regulation Skills

Borrowed from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), these tools help teens recognize what they are feeling,  cope with big emotions without acting impulsively, and use calming strategies like breathwork.

Medication Support

For some teens, anxiety or mood challenges have a biological component that may benefit from psychiatric medication coordinated with your therapist.
