CBT for Kids
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help kids recognize and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Through fun, engaging activities and skill-building exercises, kids learn how to manage big feelings, solve problems, and feel more in control — both now and in the future.

Medication Support
Sometimes, therapy alone isn’t enough. In those cases, we thoughtfully explore whether medication could be a helpful addition. If it is, we’ll work closely with you, your child, and your healthcare team to create a safe, supportive plan that fits your child’s needs and your family’s values.

Integrating CBT + Medication
Every child is different — and so is every treatment plan. We combine evidence-based strategies like CBT with medication (if needed) and ongoing support to help your child feel their best. We’ll collaborate with you every step of the way, adjusting the plan as needed to help your child continue to grow and thrive.
