You Deserve a Life That Feels Lighter

Therapy for Depression, in person or online.

Don’t Let Depression Hold You Back

You can push through the hard days, but you shouldn’t have to. Just because you’re functioning doesn’t mean you’re truly feeling okay — and you deserve more than just “getting by.”
With short-term, evidence-based support, feeling better is possible. We’re here to help you move from surviving to thriving.

Here are just a few ways depression might be showing up:

[

You feel drained, even after a full night’s sleep

[

Things you used to enjoy just don’t feel fun anymore

[

It’s tough to stay motivated, even for things you care about

[

You feel stuck in negative thoughts you can’t shake

[

You wonder if you’re the only one who feels this way

You Deserve to Feel Good About Your Life Again

Depression doesn’t have to be “bad enough” to get help. Even small shifts — like losing interest in your favorite things, feeling more irritable than usual, or just feeling off — are worth paying attention to.

You deserve support before it feels unbearable. Getting help now can make a big difference in how you feel each day.

What If Feeling Better Is Closer Than You Think?

Maybe you’ve told yourself it’s just a rough patch, tried to wait it out, or pushed yourself to “just deal with it.” And maybe that’s worked — until now.

If a part of you wonders what life could feel like with more hope, more energy, and more connection, that’s worth listening to.
You don’t have to power through alone. Support is here whenever you’re ready.

Real Skills. Practical Tools. Depression Treatment That Works.

At Light On Anxiety, we believe in real, actionable support — not just endless talk. We take a collaborative, results-driven approach using evidence-based strategies such as CBT and medication to help you move toward the life you want.

Whether you’re struggling with sadness, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, or just feeling stuck, we’re here to help you build skills to feel better — and stay better.

How Do We Treat Depression?

At Light On Anxiety, we use proven methods to help you (or your child) not only feel better but stay better — with skills that last long after therapy ends. Our evidence-based approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), medication support when appropriate, and ongoing collaboration to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs.

Here’s how our methods help:

CBT for Depression

We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you spot the patterns of thoughts and behaviors that fuel depression — and change them. Through supportive conversations, practical tools, and skill-building exercises, we’ll help you find your way back to motivation, connection, and hope.

Medication Support

Sometimes therapy alone isn’t enough. In those cases, we work closely with you (and your healthcare providers if needed) to explore whether medication could be a helpful addition to your treatment plan — always in a way that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and aligned with your preferences.

ADHD Therapy

Integrating CBT + Medication

No two paths out of depression look exactly the same. We’ll build a treatment plan that fits you — combining therapy, medication (if needed), and ongoing support to help you heal faster, feel stronger, and move forward with confidence.
